I do want to compliment the two gentlemen, Cliff L and his associate, that brought our furniture. We could not have found anyone more polite and careful. They delivered several large and heavy pieces with no damage to the furniture or the house.

I bet you thought you'd never hear from me again, huh? Anyway, I just want to again thank you for putting up with me and all of my questions and e-mails during my purchase experience. My bedside chest was delivered last week, and I'm very pleased. They delayed the shipment because I was on vacation for a week.

I am writing to thank you for the great service we received from your company. We purchased our Leather Living Room Set in the fall of 2009. You were kind enough to store it until we were ready for delivery. When the day finally came we could not have been happpier with the service given by your delivery personel. These 2 men that made the delivery arrived promptly at the time they said they would be here. They first called and informed us as to where they were and when to expect them to arrive. Our order was delivered with smiles, humor and came with a cheerful attitude. They were extremely careful and treated our furniture as if it were their own. They also could see we are both disabled and they insisted we let them do all of the work. They also insisted on staying until our new furniture was situated exactly where we wanted it. I am sorry I have not contacted you before now, I have wanted to inform you of our delivery for quite some time.

I know you are both busy, but just want to say I finally got my beautiful Torino bedroom furniture today. What a relief. I was really hoping and praying that it would arrive in great condition and look as well as it did in the pictures, (as I don't order things on the internet).
