The Argyle bed is named for the diamond pattern wire design casted below
the 54 ½” top rail of the headboard and just above the bottom rail of
the 31 ½” footboard. The grills are composed of five sets of double
spindles also casted together. There is a curved piece of metal tube
added to the bottom of the footboard which gives a bit of additional
flair to the design. The finish is called Copper Chrome and is a mixture
of copper and silver streaked with black antiquing – which will allow
the bed to coordinate with many types of wood accessory pieces.
