collection is distinguished by intricately carved classical motifs from the
reign of George III. Fretwork, hand carved shells, gadrooning and foliated
scroll carving combine with graceful sweeping lines, shaped cases, marble tops

The bedroom offers a striking Sleigh Bed. The graceful, sweeping lines are
defined by a reeded top rail supported by a fretwork frieze leading to a field
of fancy-faced cathedral mahogany veneer. Side rails feature fretwork with egg
and dart molding and corner details of hand carved acanthus leaves.
