Fabric protection, provides a 15 year full replacement warranty that
covers the mattress as well as the pad when purchased from Great Priced
Furniture at the same time. The quality mattress pads protect your
investment against most water-based and oil-based stains caused by food
or drink spills, mold or mildew, and human or pet bodily fluids.
Warranty Period
Pad And Mattress Warranty - Fifteen (15) Year Full Replacement Warranty: Coverage for the pad and the mattress when purchased at the same time. A
new mattress from Great Priced Furniture must be purchased at the same
time as the Mattress Shield™ Extended Warranty to activate this
warranty for coverage of the pad and mattress.

Warranty Coverage
Permanent staining from anything (food or drink) normally consumed by humans, bodily fluids from humans or pets, mold or mildew.
Accidental Rips, Tears And Cigarette Burns.
Covers
stain resistance only and not general soiling. General soiling is
defined as gradual build up of dirt, by oils and perspiration which can
not be attributed to single occurance.
Warranty does not cover anything not listed above.
Service Requirements
Return the completed warranty registration card within five (5) days of furniture delivery.
If
a stain occurs, refer to the cleaning instructions, use of any
unauthorized cleaning product procedure will void this warranty.
Report
all warranty claims to Ultra Shield within five (5) days to the
staining/damage which led to the claim. Failure to follow instructions
will void the warranty.
