Fine wood furniture is an important investment and the Ultra Shield Wood Furniture Care Protection Program provides a 7 year warranty to help protect and maintain the beauty of your fine wood furniture.
Ultra Shield wood protection kit includes products such as blended creams and rich waxes that add a tough, protective coating to the surface of wood. These special formulas are designed to protect, clean, enhance and maintain the natural beauty of all types of wood surfaces. The cream polish product cleans, polishes and protects all enameled, varnished and lacquered wood surfaces in one easy operation. The polish is fast drying, non greasy and dries to a high luster.
The Scratch Guard leaves an invisible barrier on furniture that guards against light scratches, dust and household cloths can cause fine scratches to appear on furniture. Regular use of Scratch Guard will help reduce scratches and keep furniture looking new.
Dust Off is formulated to repel dust without scratching wood surfaces. The special anti-static ingredient repels air-borne dust, minimizing dusting. This product works best when the furniture surface has been pretreated with Ultra Shield wood care products.
Ultra Shield products are
non-toxic, non-allergenic, and safe for children and pets. All products
are lab tested for effectiveness against water-based and solvent-based
stains.
Warranty Period
Seven (7) Year Warranty - Five (5) Years Of Full Replacement With An Additional Two (2) Years Extended Service
Free refills on the contents of the
kit will be sent to the customer as needed per customers request to the
Ultra Shield customer service. Applications must be applied as required
on directions.
Warranty Coverage
Water, Liquid Ring Marks, or Rings Caused by Normal Household Foods or Beverages.
Cigarette Burns and Heat Marks Resulting From Normal Household Items (Hot Dinner Plates, Hot Coffee Cups, etc.)
Warping of Wood, Lifting of Veneer From Foods or Beverages
Breakage (Chair Legs and Arms), Scratches, and Cracking of the Finish Occurring During Normal Household Use.
Loss of Silvering on Mirrors
Electrical Shorts and Switch Failure Limited to Wall Units and Cabinets.
Anything not listed above is not covered by the warranty.
Tips To Care For Fine Wood
Never dust with a dry cloth; wet with polish first.
Use a soft cloth and avoid scratchy materials.
Never use soap and water on fine wood furniture as it can penetrated the finish and raise the grain, causing damage.
Keep out of direct sunlight. The ultra violet rays can damage wood surfaces.
Use protective pads when placing anything hot on the surface of wood pieces. Heat changes the chemical makeup of the finish and causes damage.
Keep humidity constant; high and low humidity causes cracking, warping and splitting.
Service Requirements
Return the completed warranty registration card within five (5) days of furniture delivery.
If
a stain occurs, refer to the cleaning instructions, use of any
unauthorized cleaning product procedure will void this warranty.
Report
all warranty claims to Ultra Shield within five (5) days to the
staining/damage which led to the claim. Failure to follow instructions
will void the warranty.
Warranty is limited to new furniture order from Great Priced Furniture.
