Inspired by the success of designing and manufacturing for retail stores, Tradewins' LLC has enjoyed over seven successful years as a wholesale wood furniture distributor.
Tradewins’ factory is a state-of-the-art facility utilizing German automation. It has a 20 year history and is known as an expert in manufacturing the finest solid wood furniture in all of China.

Chairs are one of the most difficult wood products to manufacture correctly and the factory originally began specializing in dining chairs with some of the country’s finest chair engineers. That talent, together with superior materials, allows Tradewins' to produce a high quality product at a reasonable price point.
The factory is unique in that it specializes in solid wood furniture. Tradewins’ factory owner is a lumber supplier to China so he buys vast quantities of wood directly in log form and Tradewins' gets the best wood selection. The factory cuts, selects, and dries the wood to 8% moisture content in kilns (drying rooms) for ultimate quality control and price reduction. The wood is also analyzed with hand meters throughout the manufacturing process to ensure the moisture content stays at the required level. In addition, the wood is finished inside and out to seal in the moisture content.

Another key element to the Tradewins' furniture construction is the unique German glue that withstands extreme pressure and bonds for life. In addition, all finishes used on Tradewins’ products have been tested and are non-toxic. When a product is stained, the over-spray is caught in a water wall that prevents the fumes from reaching the ozone. The over-spray is then separated to allow the water to cycle back through and the stain to be disposed of properly. All sawdust from production is recycled.
