Bachelor Chests

Much like regular drawer chests, bachelor chests provide a place to store your belonging. These chests tend to be more stately, and are often used as a form of night stand, allowing for the perfect place to put a lamp or your book when you’re ready for bed. A Bachelor chest is often darker in color, and are designed to look masculine, but there is no rule stating that women can not own them. Bachelor chests create a warm, solid feel to any bedroom that they grace, especially when they are placed on either side of a bed, thereby showcasing the bed to perfection.
